7-Up Cake 2

    • Ingredients

  • 1 (18ounce) boxes lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant pineapple pudding
  • 4eggs
  • 3/4 cupoil
  • 1 (10ounce) bottles 7-Up soda

    • Icing

  • 2eggs
  • 1 (8ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2-1cup butter or 1/2-1cupmargarine
  • 1cupcoconut

    • Directions

  • Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Mix all icing ingredients together and cook over medium heat until thick.
  • Pour over cake while still hot.
