  • “This is a great recipe.Try it with peach pie filling. It’s great that way too.”

  • “I whipped this up in no time. So very easy. My family did back-flips over this. Nice cinnamon-apple pie flavor. The brown sugar-butter sauce definitely adds a magnificent yum factor. Thanks Nurse Di.”

  • “I was in a panic. We were having unexpected guests for dinner and I felt like I had to have something for dessert. Zaar and Nurse Di to the rescue. I already had all the ingredients and the dessert enchiladas turned out well. The warm cinnamon apple filling was delish. I plopped some Cool Whip on top and sprinkled with ground cinnamon. Beautiful and soooo easy. Thanks.”

  • “This recipe was a fun one to make. My kids helped out it was so easy. Reminiscent of an apple dumpling/cobbler type dessert. It had a yummy gooey apple-cinnamon filling. The whole family enjoyed it and agreed–5-stars for flavor, ease, and fun. Thanks.”

  • “I didn’t have apple pie filling (or any other kind) so I used Mini R’s “Fried Apples” #10381. Although this increased the cooking time, it worked very well. However, I probably won’t make this again as I found it too rich & sweet for my tastes.”

  • “What a quick, fun, and scrumptous dessert you have here!!We ate these while they were still warm with a big scoop of creamy country vanilla ice cream and drizzled some of the sauce over the ice cream. These reminded us a lot of the taste of an apple dumpling!I wonder how peach pie filling would work here…hmmmm. Thanks for this great recipe!:)”

  • “Easy, fun, and tasty..I made mine with cherries and a simple frosting instead of the cinnamon, it was a good substitution.”

  • “They tasted good, but I felt like the tortillas were just too chewy and thick.”

  • “Easy & Excelent that’s all I can say. Thanks”

  • “Made and Apple and Cherry, my dh loved both and me and my ds liked the apple best. Made as recipe said except I used 1/2 splenda and 1/2 sugar. Thanks for a nice recipe”

  • “We loved these!”

  • “I tried it and these are great!I made my own apple pie filling, and I made the sauce first and dipped the tortilla in it, then put the filling. The house smelled delish!!Thanks for posting.”

  • “Made this for Cinqo de Mayo…delicious but a little sweet. I reduced the glaze by half but it was still a little sweet for us. I think it was because of the canned apple filling…I usually make own for pies from fresh apples. So its a personal preference probably.”

  • “These are excellent, and so easy to make!I made these for a Cinco de Mayo potluck at work, using a 13×9 dish.Placed lengthwise, I was able to get ten enchiladas (two rows of five) in the dish.Even though there were more enchiladas, I used the same proportion for the sauce ingredients & still had plenty. Before ladling the sauce over the enchiladas, I sprinkled them liberally with more cinnamon. When the 20 minutes of baking was done, I pulled out the dish & spooned the sauce over the enchiladas, and then put them under the broiler to crisp up a bit.The house smelled wonderful while these were baking – like an apple pie!Served with Cool Whip … these were a big hit at the potluck. Thanks for posting – I’m sure I’ll use this recipe again, and will try it with different fillings & spices.-M=)”

  • “My husband loves this recipe!I canned some apple pie fillling last summer with some tart apples and anytime I buy tortillas, he asks if there is enough to make apple enchiladas.I love how fast these are to make…if I need a dessert for something I can whip these up in a hurry and people are really impressed and ask for the recipe!”

  • “What a great easy dessert this was…and it was easy to make sugar free…i used sugar free apple pie filling and low carb tortillas, also splenda…turned out great…served with sugar free ice cream….”

  • “I cut some apples and boiled them with cinnamon and sugar till they were just al dente, then made these up.They were so good for dessert with some Vanilla Bean ice cream. The kids asked me to make them for breakfast, so I will do that soon!”

  • “Holy crap these are good! Easy too. Served them hot with some vanilla ice cream. Wonderful. Thank you bunches Miss Annie”

  • “Delicious! This very quick and easy dessert is like apple pie without the crust.I baked this in an 8×8″ baking pan and it fit 6 tortillas perfectly.I served this topped with vanilla ice cream. My family loved this and gave it 2-thumbs up.Thank you for sharing.”

  • “Very good dessert. I cut down on the sugar a tad. Definitely a five-star recipe. Would be good with some whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.”
