“Love this bread.Not only does it smell great while baking, it is light and airy to eat.Not too sweet which we like.I sprinkled a bit of maple sugar on the top, not enough for a crust but enough to give that first hint of what is to come.Thank you for such an easy and delightful bread.PAC BABY Sept 2009”
“I loved this bread, and my husband did too. I made it with whole wheat flour and sprinkled some sugar on top before baking. It was a little dry the next day so I spread some applesauce on it. It was great.”
