Ingredients
12lbs chuck or 12lbsarm roast
2teaspoonsdry mustard
1/2 teaspoongarlic salt
2teaspoonsonion salt
2teaspoonscelery salt
2teaspoonssalt
1teaspoonpepper
2tablespoonsmayonnaise
2tablespoonsvinegar
2tablespoonsKitchen Bouquet
Directions
Place unseasoned Roast in Roaster with 1 inch water.
Cover and cook 3-4 hours depending on sixe of roast.
Add sauce and baste.
Continue to cook covered til tender.
Thicken liquid with flour.
