  • “This was absolutely Devine!Did,t alter a thing I served it with Steamed baby potatoes, grilled tomatoes and honey glazed carrots”

  • “Cooked this for my parents – using a rack of lamb and baking on the BBQ – needed extra liquid for the baking but they loved the flavour – and it turned out moist and tender. Thanks for a great recipe Bergy!”

  • “The perfect lamb marinade! I would not change anything; this was so good! A recipe I will use many times. Thanks!”

  • “Really enjoyed this marinade for our lamb chops. I ended up cooking under the grill (broiler) which is a great way to drain off any fat from lamb. Love the sweetness of the honey. For any Aussie/Kiwi’s I used Gourmet Garden’s mint out of a tube – Will definitely make again :)”

  • “IMMMMMMMMMM! I do like the sound of lime juice and honey being used here with lamb. I’m definately going to try this recipe out!!”

  • “This was a delicious lamb dish. The only adjustment I made was to reduce the oil in the marinade, as I felt there was enough fat on the lamb chops. We will make this again, and I think this would be nice with chicken too.”
