Bergie’s Fish Filets
About This Recipe
“I just threw this together and found it quite tasty so thought I would share it. Any fish will do. I used New Zealand Blue Hoki. Cod works well for this recipe.Sub whipped cottage cheese for the sour cream if you want to.”

“DH is out of town on business, so dinner tonight was all about me!I made foods that I love, but he does not care for (fish and beets)! This was a nice fast recipe that was easy to prepare and tasted great.I used sole and baked it for 10 minutes, then broiled for 3 minutes. Thanks!”
“This is really good and a nice change! I use lowfat sour cream or fat free plain yogurt for an even lower fat dinner. Thanks, Bergy! :)”
“Very tasty and easy meal. I served it with tomato salad and wild rice.I used basa for fish.I recommend making more sauce. Thanks Bergy!”
“Pretty good!Since I’m still a novice when it comes to cooking fish, I kind of overcooked mine and it was a bit dry, but at least I know that the sauce is a keeper! Thanks”
“Hi Bergy;I had a beautiful Spring Salmon fillet sent to me, about 4 pounds.Cut the salmon in two, and used your recipe on half of it.Put the other half in the fridge to do the next day.The salmon turned out just super-great, so moist and nice and flakey.Enjoyed this to the fullest.Thank you for sharing this recipe.Uncle Bill”
“This is really good stuff!! I made it using a fresh Ling Cod Filet that I got at a fish store on Saturday. I like sauce so I doubled the sauce ingredients. My filet was a little bit bigger than a single portion and the filet was a little thick so I had to bake it a little bit longer. The fish was tender and juicy. This recipe is very easy to make and doesn’t take a lot of time to make. I will definitely be making this recipe again. Thanks for a great recipe Bergy”
