These are awesome for sports & running! I’m a marathon runner & wear one every time I go running! My niece wears them to gymnastics and they do not fall out. They are also really cute for everyday wearing !! Keeps fly-away hair out of your face. The velvet backing makes it stay put without being too tight !! Once you try one you will be amazed!
I even wash them in the washer in a delicate bag, or you can hand wash them easily too. I do not suggest drying them.
