  • 1cup2% low-fat milk
  • 2tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa
  • 2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
  • 2cups espresso or 2cupsdecaffeinated espresso, brewed
  • 1/2 cupsweetened whipped cream
  • Directions

  • Heat milk in a small saucepan.
  • Sift cocoa and sugar into milk and whisk toblend.
  • Stir in espresso.
  • Divide equally into four small espresso or demitassecups.
  • Top with whipped cream and grated orange. Makes 4 servings.
