Ingredients
1cup2% low-fat milk
2tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa
2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
2cups espresso or 2cupsdecaffeinated espresso, brewed
1/2 cupsweetened whipped cream
Directions
Heat milk in a small saucepan.
Sift cocoa and sugar into milk and whisk toblend.
Stir in espresso.
Divide equally into four small espresso or demitassecups.
Top with whipped cream and grated orange. Makes 4 servings.
