  • “This was easy and very good. The sauce was flavorful and amazing with the chicken. Great recipe, thanks!”

  • “WOW…real impressive, and really simple to put together. I didn’t have any garlic on hand so used garlic powder….didn’t measure as we are real big garlic lovers, and used minced onion flakes.Chicken was really moist and tender.Served with mashed potatoes and fried cabbage. Loved it, thnx for sharing”

  • “Loved it.I substituted chicken broth for the butter to make it healthier.”

  • “Liked it well enough. The texture of the coating changed after the water & bouillon cube were added & I preferred the crispier texture before this step. Enjoyed the flavour & the chicken was very moist. My sauce also got a little thick so I added a little water. Next time I will fry the chicken until its crispy golden & cooked through then place on a warming plate & make the sauce separately. Thanks!”

  • “Very easy and very delicous chicken. Easy enough for a weekday meal. Love the toasted pine nuts.Served with cabbage and noodles. Thanks Derf for a great recipe and one that I will be making again.”

  • “great chicken Derf! I omitted the bouillon cube and water and just used chicken broth, also I increased the lemon juice and garlic, thanks for sharing hon!…Kitten:)”

  • “What an easy tasty recipe .. The result ismoist delicious chicken. I served them with Fava beans, Zucchini/Carrot stir fry and boiled rice.Just enough sauce too Thanks Derf for another keeper”

  • “This is a nice, tasty chicken dish that is easily prepared, & I like the added flavor that my 1/3 cup of toasted pine nuts gave [I actually doubled the recipe, ’cause there’s no way 2 chicken breasts wll serve 4 people around here unless they’re sliced & include much more food on the table!] Thanks for posting!”
