  • “This was great. It was so mild but full of flavor. Easy and quick too. I didn’t use cashews because of an allergy. I used half white wine and half mirin in place of the sherry. We served it with rice and it was gone immediately. Thanks!”

  • “OMG Evie, this just hit the spot! We enjoyed this immensely! It is one of my favorite comfort foods!Made it with chicken breasts, used low-sodium tamari & added crushed red pepper flakes and it was great! This recipe is easily doubled. Thank you for a lovely meal! Served it with jasmine rice. Thanks for posting, Manami ;)”

  • “A really nice and easy quick stir fry with flavour.I used two large chicken breasts and added 1/2 a finely juliened carrot, baby corn, brocolli and cauliflower flowerettes and stirred in rice noodles (which had soaked in some boiling water) with the sauce and we thoroughly enjoyed a one pot meal.Thank you Evie*, made for Edition 6 – Make My Recipe – a game of tag.”
