  • “I made this for our family get-together this weekend. It’s was a hit! They all complained there were no second servings :o) I would simmer the soup 10min longer before adding the seafoo next time. Terrific soup!”

  • “awesome! made it for an informal get together on christmas night—-rave reviews from everyone who ate it….will be making a small batch for just moi for fancy solo lunches!”

  • “5*’s are not enough for this dish! I am not one to adorn my seafood with much more than lemon or a batter coating so this was a major step for me, on I will take again. The blend of seasoning & tomato in the base is perfect & add to it the seafood well, Heaven has a challenger.
Thanks for sharing a great dish.”

  • “Like Chef #213141, I also used the seafood medley, (from Costco).Turned out good.I always try to follow the ingredients list to the tee when making a new recipe, particularly when it has a 5 star rating. However, once the dish was complete and tasted, I noticed the need for salt and pepper. While this can always be added to taste after the fact, I think this would be better if added in the cooking process.Otherwise, a good dish.”

  • “I really liked this. I actually had some of that seafood mix stuff (tiny shrimps, mussels, squid rings, tentacles), only comment I’d make is that with that 6-8 minutes was too long to cook the seafood that I had. I’m sure if I’d have followed the recipe it’d be perfect. Also just used whatever I had growing fresh for dried herbs – I think it was basil, sage and thyme. This is a keeper!”

  • “Delicious!!Because of seafood allergies of those dining with me, I substituted pieces of salmon and cod for the shellfish. The final result was awesome. And hey — thanks for the tip about the napkins! Will definitely be making this one again! :)”
