    “Another great recipe from Southern Living. We have these for a quick, easy lunch when we are on the go. Omit any ingredient that is not to your liking. Add what you like. Very flexible.”

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupmustard-mayonnaise blend
  • 4flour tortillas( 10 inch)
  • 1/2 lbthinly sliced smoked turkey
  • 1/2 lbthinly sliced honey-roasted ham
  • 1cupshredded smoked provolone cheese or 1cupmozzarella cheese
  • 2cupsshredded leaf lettuce
  • 2mediumtomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 smallpurple onion, chopped
  • 8bacon, slices cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  • Directions

  • Spread mustard-mayo blend evenly over 1 side of each tortilla, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  • Layer turkey and next 6 ingredients evenly over tortillas; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roll up tortilla; cut in half diagonally, and secure with wooden picks.

I just find they are really more tasty than just the regular flour tortillas and there seems to be more room on them. I had only just left out the bacon, some that were eating it didn’t like bacon. I used tomato basil flour tortillas as well.The red onions gave it a nice kick. You could vary this by adding more fresh veggies (diced brocolli, squash, carrots, etc.)I’ll prepare this again.”
