About This Recipe
“These are the beef jerky of the enlightend cowboy in the modern desert.” So says my fiancee. These cookies were created by his mum Judy, carried on by his sister Paige, and is now a tradition I’m proud to share.”

“I just made a variation of these that, my fianee informed me, ‘rock’.I made half of the recipe normally.To the other half, I added the following crazy mix:-1/4 bag melted Ghiradelli double chocolate chips-1/2 small bag coconut-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon-a wee bit of freshly grated nutmegI have to admit.They didn’t taste too terrible.And I’m sure they were very low in fat and calories.;)”
