    “This a nice crisp way to serve cabbage. The caraway gives a subtle flavour addition.”

    Ingredients

  • 3teaspoonslite olive oil
  • 4cupsshredded cabbage
  • 2cupsbean sprouts
  • 1teaspooncaraway seed
  • salt and pepper
  • Directions

  • Heat oil and saute cabbage for apprx 5 min (cooked but still crisp) Add sproats, caraway seeds, salt& pepper.
  • Toss lightly to mix and serve.
