  • “They are also really good when dipped in Honey Mustard. We marinated them in the Fat Free Ranch overnight as well….it rocked.”

  • “This was so easy, and so wonderful. I let the chicken strips soak in the ranch dressing for about 4 hours in the fridge before I coated them. Made for less work at dinner time. I will definitely be making these fingers many more times!”

  • “My sons loved this, very quick ,simple and easy.I served them with a sweet and sour dip.I think I,ll double the amount next time as they went so quickly.”

  • “Your recipes seem to be the ideal meals at my house, we enjoyed this alot! Its much like my own, yours is alot healther, I dipped them in ranch also”

  • “Very simple and easy recipe. My husband doesn’t really like ranch dressing so he dipped them in BBQ sauce and loved them. Thank you!”

  • “Fabulous. We had lots of family over for the football games and I made this as an appetizer. The recipe doubled just fine. I did like Lennie and let the chicken soak in the buttermilk dressing for about 4 hours. The chicken fingers baked so nice and crisp. A hit with everyone. Thanks Tebo.”

  • “yummy!!!i made this for my 2 yr old dd and i on a night when dh works late.we scarfed almost all of these down and dh tried what was left cold when he got home.he thought they were very flavorful too (and he hates cold chicken!).this was very easy to put together, i cut up the chicken and put in a large ziplock with the ranch and some black pepper earlier in the day, so the chicken marinated for several hours.used panko breadcrumbs that i seasoned with onion powder, paprika and parmesan.very crispy and yummy!served with mac and cheese and roasted broccoli!”

  • “These were nice and easy to make. I used panko crumbs instead of corn flakes because I love panko crumbs. They definitely needed dip, and the ranch taste didn’t come through very strong. They were very moist and nice and crunchy. The kids loved them.”

  • “Made this to go along with Yummy Vegetable Soup#84353 and we had a delicious lunch.I marinated the chicken early in the morning in the dressing and then I added some parmasan cheese and Old Bay seasoning for chicken/fish to the corn flake crumbs, sprayed the top of the chicken and baked.Made for Let’s Party December 2010 tag game.”

  • “Great recipe. The family loved the crunch.I loved how easy it was to make. Thanks for the recipe.”

  • “These were really good! But I made a few modifications.I let the chicken marinate in the ranch dressing for an hour (in the fridge of course) before breading and used panko bread crumbs in place of the cornflakes.”

  • “Very easy recipe and very tasty! I have made these about 5 times so far. They have become of one my regular recipes. My husband loves them, too! For dipping, I use ranch dressing diluted slightly with water (to make thinner and less strong).”

  • “My whole family LOVED these and they were sooooo easy.Thank you, this will definitely be a staple in our dinners now.”

  • “Fast and easy – the kids all loved it; in fact, this was all 2 of the 4 kids would eat for dinner. I’ll definitely keep this around. Thanks for posting !”

  • “it was a very fast and easy recipe.”

  • “I felt there wasn’t enough flavor to thennieese and I probably should have taken the advice of Lennie and CookingWife and marinated in ranch for a few hours or even overnight. As it was I just dipped them and then coated.I even added some BAM (Emeril Lagasses’s) to the crumb mixture, but it wasn’t enough.I will say they were moist and tender though.I may try again and marinate.”

  • “I’ve made a lot of baked chicken fingers, and this didn’t work for us.Greasy and the coating didn’t stick very well.”

  • “really tasty will be making these frequently”

  • “These turned out moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. However, I also had the problem of most of the coating coming off when serving them. Also, my ranch dressing and water didn’t play nice with each other and didn’t mix so I think the chicken was coated a bit thicker than it should have been.”

  • “These were great chicken fingers! They turned out very tender and moist. The coating came off a little when serving. Very easy and quick to make, thanks for posting!”
