About This Recipe
“I like this recipe because it’s simple and good. Also, it can be made quickly. I made it up out of items that were already on hand.”

“Easy to make; works very well and is pleasing to the eye when you replace the dill pickle with red bell pepper. Next time around I would increase the curry portion; not enough.”
“Great recipe! I agree with a previous reviewer who suggested using red pepper in place of pickles. I also like adding in a sprinkle of toasted cumin seeds — it just adds a nice little extra “something” and reinforces the smokey/sweet light curry taste. Yum yum! :)”
“Very yummy!!!! I kind of eyeballed the amounts on everything but it was delicious. Also, we left the tomato off since we didn’t have any.”
“This recipe made me love tuna sandwiches again. I only added curry power, mayo, mustard and pickles (it was all I had) but it still came out delicious! I have already made this recipe numerous times!”
“This made a wonderful quick weeknight dinner with a cup of soup on the side. The curry powder is a nice addition and blends well with other ingredients. For DH the sandwich was made on jalapeno cheese bread and for me the salad was served minus the bread.Made for *A TASTE OF YELLOW for LIVESTRONG DAY!* in the photo forum.”
“I make a delicious Curry Tuna Croissandwich with albacore, mayo, curry powder, diced apples, water chestnuts, and almonds. Serve on croissants with lettuce/alfalfa sprouts…or on water crackers as an appetizer.”
“This was pretty good, I just made it an hour ago and it’s very different from the ones I’ve usually tried. Thanks for sharing this recipe! =)”
