“Very good. The 6 year old LOVED it. I had to cut her off so she would eat some of her other food. I too, found there to be too much sauce for only one head of cauliflower. Next time I’ll cut it or add more veggies. I like the idea of adding carrots, I think this dressing would be nice with them. Thanks for poting.”
“I loved this!I used fat free plain yogurt, fat free mayo, and skim milk.I did find that I had more sauce then I needed and would make 1/2 next time. That said, the taste on this was wonderful. It was super easy to make and will be made again. Thanks Begy!”
“Great cauliflower! After reading previous reviews, I decided to scale down the sauce to 1/4 cup of low-fat yogurt, 1/4 cup of low fat mayo, 3 tbsp Dijon mustard and 1 tbsp milk.It was the perfect amount of sauce. The whole family enjoyed this tasty side dish.Thanx for sharing this recipe.I’m anxious to make this again and try this with broccoli too.”
“Added a bunch of broccoli florets to the cauliflower–there was enough sauce for both. Used a Tbs of sweet paprika. Excellent side dish & so easy to prepare!”
“I made this using light sour cream instead of the yogurt because it is what I had on hand.I used a wire whisk to combine the ingredients until smooth then poured it over fresh cooked broccoli spears & cooked baby carrots.Very Yummy! We really liked the tangy flavor of the dijon mustard. This sauce really perks up the flavor of cooked veggies. Thanks Bergy!”
“I just had this for lunch and it was pretty good.I didn’t have plain yogourt so I used vanilla instead and that worked fine.I also didn’t have paprika and I used more yogourt than mayo for calorie reasons.I was unsure if I’d like it when I looked at the finished product, but it was actually pretty tasty and the dijon gives it a lot of zip.I undercooked the caulifower because I liek it crunchy.I had WAY too much dressing. You could have the dressing ingredients and still have more than enough for a whole cauliflower. Thanks, Bergy!”
