This is my MEDIUM version of a French butter crockery and holds one stick of butter (1 stick = 1/2 cup = 4 oz = 118 mL).

Made from porcelain and tossed on the pottery wheel, I have actually sculpted a ridged pattern into the body, offering it stunning detailing and much better grip.

Fill the top with butter, fill the bottom with water and the water will produce enough of a seal to keep the butter fresh at space temperature level. It feels sweet in the hand, very ergonomic. My design a shallow version of the French Butter Meal cylinder for much better butter holding and access. I call my own & quot; Butter Bulbs ™ & quot;.
