“Turned out very good. I even used instant potatoes. đ Although the outside tasted a little too much like flour to me so I think next time I’ll season the flour with maybe some garlic salt and pepper.”
“This is a great recipe, but I added my own twist. Instead of potatoes, I used yams. After I mashed the yams, I added a little rice milk and sugar. After the flour step, I dipped the ball into beaten eggs and then I coated it with Italian seasoned breadcrumbs. Maybe about 10-20 seconds in very hot olive oil was all they needed. My husband, who isn’t crazy about yams, loved this!”
