Ingredients
1 1/2 cupschopped roma tomatoes
1jalapeno pepper, chopped and seeded
1/3 cupsweet red pepper
1/4 cupchopped fresh cilantro
2tablespoonsfinely chopped onions
2clovesgarlic, crushed
2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonfresh ground pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
This stays good up to 1 week.
