    “Easy and tasty casserole.”


  • 1 1/2 lbshamburger
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans vegetable soup with beef stock
  • 2mediumpotatoes
  • Directions

  • Brown and drain hambuger.
  • Peel and slice potatoes into thin slices.
  • Add two cans of vegetable soup.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until potatoes are done).

  • “Very flavorful for only having 3 ingredients! I used Campbell’s Vegetable Beef soup and cubed my potatoes instead of slicing. The mixture seemed to thick so I added 1/2 cup of water and it worked great, we had a nice gravy. This would be also be good on a cold day with a loaf of warmbread.”
