  • “Made these Halibut steaks for dinner tonight, cut it back for the two of us.Very good, thanks Dancer^!!I added 1 finely chopped Jalapino Pepper, it added a bit of zing with the garlic.will make this one again and again, thanks for sharing!!”

  • “Superb, used lime instead of lemon and added one very finely sliced chilli pepper for a bit more oomph. Was told it was at least as good as a meal had at one of London’s top seefood restraunts – praise indeed as a main course there was about $100!”

  • “We made this last night, using cod (since that’s what we had) instead of halibut. I think I’d mix up the fresh tomato sauce in the morning and let it sit all day, or at least a few hours, to let the flavors marinate and mingle a bit more, and perhaps add some finely chopped onion as well. I served it with brown rice, which soaked up the juice from the sauce quite well.”

  • “This was after my fancy! This is so easy to make, but extremely delicious. I have broiled the fish and added a pinch of sugar to the sauce to enhance the sweet flavor of the fresh tomatoes (I couldn’t resist). The fish came out of the oven full flavored. The un-cooked sauce is a great idea, because you obtain the flavors of fresh tomatoes and basil. I served it with rice. A great recipe, will keep in my cookbook of my favorite fish recipes.”

  • “I made this for dinner the other night for my husband and I.It was outstanding.I added a hot pepper to the tomato mixture.I will definitely make this for company.i served it with saffron rice.”

  • “i liked how light but flavorful this was. good fish doesnt need cream and butter and cheese to dress it up. just a subtle hint of awesomeness does it.i served it with noodles which was like a light pasta salad when mixed with the sauce. yum!”

  • “This is a most excellent dish! The tomato sauce reminds me of bruschetta and it goes so well with the smokiness of the fish that we grilled.YUM!Light and fresh, perfect for a hot summer day.”
