    “German Dish, Ham and Eggs. Came from a friend of mine who is German.”


  • 2tablespoonsbutter
  • 1lbham, sliced
  • 8eggs
  • salt
  • Directions

  • Melt the butter.
  • fry the ham in butter real quick on both sides.
  • open the eggs directly into the pan over the ham.
  • salt slightly.
  • cover the pan with and let the eggs sit until they are the desired consistency.
