  • “This is fantastic! I added some salt to the dressing mixture and subbed some leftover bacon (folded in at the last minute) for the ham. The colors and combination of crisp and chewy, salty and sweet make this salad standout. It was a perfect addition to our Easter dinner! Thanks Di, this is a keeper!”

  • “WOW!Very good.I usually don’t even like Cole Slaw because it is too heavy most times. So easy to make too!”

  • “Excellent Cole Slaw!As I was serving it with Pulled Pork I didn’t wany any additional meat so omitted the ham.It was a weekend of “omg I’m missing…” and I did not have raisins.I sliced some dried aproct instead and added a bit more honey (after DH taste tested) we were both happy campers! Thanks for such a great side dish!”

  • “This is very yummy.I did not add pecan or raisins.I only had sliced ham and chopped it up.My husband gave it 5 stars too.”
