  • “Very good!I used 1/2 can of refried beans, but followed the recipe aside from that.I will be making this again. Thanks for sharing = )”

  • “This was pretty good, but didn’t have much “flare”. Tasted a lot like refried beans, so not sure it needed both the sour cream and cream cheese, those just seemed to add calories and not much flavor. It was eaten, so it definitely wasn’t bad, but just not something we’d make over and over probably.”

  • “Everybody loved this. We had it at Christmas and just snacked while we celebrated together. Can’t wait to make it for a Super Bowl party!”

  • “Tasty!Everyone loved it, of course. We used fat-free sour cream, fat-free cream cheese, and fat-free (or low-fat, can’t remember) refried beans, and it was STILL good. :)Surprised me, actually.I figured it would be terrible with low-fat/fat-free ingredients, but it really wasn’t.Thanks for a great dip recipe!”

  • “Fantastic dip!Makes a pretty presentation, too.I added some chopped scallions for extra color. This is great hot or at room temperature.I’ll make this again; thanx!”

  • “This was delicous.I served it last night as the appetizer in a Mexican dinner we had friends over to enjoy with us.I had to use homemade taco seasoning as I didn’t have any regular stuff and I did not mix the sour cream in with the beans and cream cheese, instead I spread it over top of the bean mixture.I then topped it with the shredded cheddar, sliced black olives, chopped tomato and chopped green onion.Everyone really enjoyed it!Thanks so much!”
