  • Ingredients

  • 1lbfresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cupmargarine
  • 1teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonpepper
  • 1/2 teaspooncrushed caraway seed
  • 2tablespoonschopped parsley
  • 6eggs, beaten
  • Directions

  • Saute mushrooms in hot butter with salt, pepper, caraway seeds and parsley.
  • When liquid from mushrooms has evaporated, add beaten eggs and scramble mixture.
