  • “I made this recipe without using salt. And I didn’t have crushed bay leaf, so I omitted it.I used it in a spaghetti sauce and I think it’s great. The smell of the spices are great. This is a recipe that I’ll do again. Thanks Theresa :)Made for I recommend tag game”

  • “Very nice seasoning. I crushed two average sized bay leaves with a mortar and pestle to achieve the 1 tsp it called for. Thanks for sharing ;)”

  • “I have made this loads of times now!I love this recipe and can’t recommend it enough – I know what is in it AND it only takes five mins to whizz up a batch – I usually multiply by 4 and make a bigger jar.”

  • “So easy, so good!I love cutting out all the junk that pre-made processed store bought stuff has. It’s healthier, and it’s usually better tasting, too!”

  • “Made this to use in recipe #370957 and wow – definately will not be buying Italian Seasoning Mix with this on hand – just mixed everything into the jar, gave a stir to break up the brown sugar and then a good shake and bob’s your uncle.Thank you Theresa/Thunderbird.”

  • “I made up a big batch of this whenever Italian seasoning is called for. So far it hasn’t failed me!”
