  • 3tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cupblack olives, slivered
  • 1/4 cupgreen onion, thinly sliced
  • 1clovegarlic, minced
  • 1tablespoonjalapeno pepper, minced and seeded
  • 3tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1tablespoonred wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated sugar
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Directions

  • Stir together tomatoes, olives, green onions, garlic and jalapeno.
  • Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper.
  • Stir both mixtures together.
  • Chill and enjoy!
