  • 2tablespoonslemon juice
  • 2teaspoonsgrated fresh lemon rind
  • 1clovegarlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cupwhite wine
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 2tablespoonsbrown sugar
  • 1tablespoonchopped fresh rosemary
  • 1tablespoonchopped lemon thyme
  • Directions

  • Combine all in a bowl and mix well.
  • Great used to marinate chicken or lamb.
