Dripping with layers of fringe, the Dreaming Amelia Liquid Fringe Trousers are a lot fun to use! The fabric is a black stretch lace with little vertical ruffles. The trousers are lined with an incredibly soft and breathable bamboo rayon for comfort. They are fitted to the knee and flare into five layers of uneven fringed flounces. Wow! These trousers are heavy and they actually move! The waistband has a lovely large casing and is strengthened internally with an undetectable band of flexible.
