This Little Ballerina Empire Waist Tutu Gown is made with a light pink stretchy flexible crochet band for the top, and many long hairs of matching light pink tulle. The tulle is firmly attached to the band and is approximately 8 & quot; & quot; long, which is ideal for all 18 & quot; & quot; sized dolls. This dress will likewise fit smaller sized dolls, but the dress will be longer on them. If you would like the dress shortened a little for shorter dolls just make a note in the box at checkout and I can do that too. A light pink ribbon is utilized to tie around the neck, and a big rhinestone in the center brings the additional, special sparkle to the clothing.
