    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupegg substitute
  • 2teaspoonssugar
  • 1 (13ounce) cans evaporated skim milk
  • 3/4 cup1% low-fat milk
  • 1teaspoonvanilla
  • 1teaspoonrum flavoring
  • ground nutmeg
  • Directions

  • Whip together egg substitute and sugar, combine with two milks and flavoring.
  • Mix well.
  • Chill overnight.
  • Dust with nutmeg before serving.
