I have made a few of these hats ahead of time. Just leave a note stating weather condition you rather have the glitter elastic black headband or more alligator clips attached under the brim and it will ship within 24 hrs from the time of purchase.
How enjoyable is this small felt witch hat that measures 6 inches across the brim and 4 inches high. Fun orange plume puff, purple ruffles, birdcage netting and a glam shine spider in purple. This can either be attached with a clips. orange or black glitter elastic headband. Just let me understand which u choose. Great for the pumpkin spot and autumn festivals and school carnivals. A terrific image prop! A should have fall headband for any little girl’s/ infants closet!
