“I was looking for a recipe that didn’t include non dairy creamers when I tried this one.It is PERFECT.I only had the dark chocolate cocoa powder so ours is extra chocolatey.”
“An excellent recipe! What a beautiful blend of the flavours of coffee and chocolate in milk. I’ve truly enjoyed every sip of this fantasty drink. Indeed a great gift that I shall pass on to all back home!”
“Great flavor and so easy.I left out the vanilla and the other extract.DH likes his with only 2 tablespoons per cup of water.I gave a small jar to my sister, and she likes 2 1/2 tablespoons per cup of water.I like the 3.Thanks for posting.”
“I made this with the intent of giving it as a birthday gift… so naturally I had to try a cup before I made a bunch. Well. Needless to say. This is amazing! I used a blender to mix it all together and smooth out little chunks (I don’t have a food processor). I didn’t add the vanilla or almond extract.. I believe it would store better completely dry seeing as there’s instant milk in there. I recommend this yummy Mocha Mix! [with photo review]”
“WOW. . .VERY good! I used my Creamy Chocolate coffee creamer instead of the unsweetened cocoa and backed off on the sugar! – VERY GOOD! I have been looking for a recipe like this to use for Christmas gifts!”
“Really wonderful! I halved the recipe, and omitted the almond extract, which I didn’t have. I didn’t add the vanilla because I wasn’t sure if it was wise adding liquid vanilla essence to a dry mix! So I just added a drop of vanilla essence in my individual cup of mocha, and it tasted divine! Thanks, this one is fabulous!”
