    “Also very good as a gift. Put in mason jar, add a pretty note with the title and directions.”

    Ingredients

  • 1cupinstant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1cupgranulated sugar
  • 1/2 cupinstant coffee
  • 1/2 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1dashsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonvanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoonalmond extract, experiment with different flavors–like hazel cream
  • Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  • Store in tightly covered container.
  • To serve combine 3 tablespoons of mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir to blend.
