    Ingredients

  • 1cucumber, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1orange, peeled,seeded and diced
  • 1cupdiced broiled boneless chicken breast
  • 2tablespoonsmild Heinz chili sauce
  • 1tablespoonfinely chopped onion
  • 1tablespoonplain fat-free yogurt
  • 1tablespoonfat-free mayonnaise
  • 1teaspoonfresh lemon juice
  • 1teaspooncumin seed
  • 1dashground cinnamon
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1dashcayenne pepper(optional)
