This listing is for a 1 oz. tin of my original dish Mulling Spice Blend. I use aromatic juniper and cinnamon with other spices to develop this mix, which is ideal for the late fall and holiday. This is an excellent method to liven up a party, and makes average red wine unbelievably tasty. Simply put the mulling spice contents into a muslin bag or tea strainer, then toss it into a pot of red wine (you can use the range, or we often use the crockery pot). Heat slowly over low heat up until the wine has embraced the level of flavor you want. Examine back every half hour or two to taste it.

All my creations are made from fresh produce, enhanced with regional farmer’s market produce.
