  • About This Recipe

“These buns are great for sandwiches. They are just the right size…not as large as burger buns, but just right for lunches. They have a terrific texture and you can vary the garlic/onion to taste, or leave it out completely. Cheese would also be good. But best of all…no kneading and it couldn’t be simplier.”

  • “These are AWESOME.Try em!!Might I suggest subbing Caraway seed for the Sesame or Poppy seed?…I guess I just did…these are a wonderful alternative to just plain ol’ buns.”

  • “these are awesome! I was looking for a good hamburger bun recipe and thought this would work. Just pulled them out of the oven and had to try one, soooo yummy.I am no making a loaf of bread out of the dough without the onions/garlic to see how that goes, since the dough rose so beautifully for the rolls.”

  • “A very nice recipe that is easy to make. The only downside was that after rising beautifully, they slumped when I brushed with the egg.I think next time I will leave the egg off.Thank you so much for posting!”

  • “These turned out wonderful! The dough was very wet after the dough cycle so I did need to use some flour on the board in order to shape them. Each roll was about 2 ounces.I am very happy with the results. I will make this recipe again.”

  • “Sorry, these just didn’t taste that great for me.I might have missed something.”
