“This is my family”s favorite!UPDATE: Although I have commented already, I might add that I have used frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts in this recipe andcooked about 50 minutes at 400 degrees.I also cut back on fat by drizzling carefully 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine on top of each chicken breast.”
“Thought this was very good and fairly simple to prepare. I used chicken breasts and thighs since DH likes dark meat and both were juicy and flavorful.”
“Very simple to prepare and so delicious! It really has a crispiness on the outside and such moist chicken inside!”
“We really enjoyed this savory dish. The chicken was perfectly cooked and was moist, juicy and very tender. The flavor was excellent, love the crunch from the sesames. I drizzled with a little olive oil. Thanks for sharing this winner.Made for Diabetic Tailgate party.”
“My family loved this. I used deboned chicken thighs as we prefer dark meat.I only needed to cook for 25 minutes. I also used a spritzer with olive oil instead of drizzling. Delicious!”
“Very easy to prepare. I used drumsticks. Crisped up nicely.Leftovers the next day were great tooLeah”
“Quick and delicious.I use boneless chicken cut into strips and bake them for 20-25 minutes.”
“This is similiar to a recipe I received from a friend, Melissa Henao. Her recipe uses 2 T. soy sauce, 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds, 2 T. flour, 4 boneless skinless breast halves, 2 T. butter.I usually cut my chicken into strips and serve with honey mustard dipping sauce. My family and I enjoy it very much! Thanks for posting :)”
“This was good and easy. I didn’t have the full 6 tablespoons of sesame seeds but it didn’t matter. I wanted to cut the fat down a bit so instead of the drizzle bit, I gave each piece a quick shot of cooking spray. IMO, you should try it without the skin. We liked this chicken and will make it again. Thanks, Mirj.”
“Finally got around to trying this and glad I did.I usually do not keep the skin on chicken but I think this dish needs the skin on it.It was excellent.Moist and tender with a nice sesame crunch. Thanks Mirjam.”
