Hand painted, glazed, kiln fired and ready to place in your house.

14 ounces … that’s almost 2 complete cups!
These owls are made in phases. They start as clay and are cast into a mold and fired at high heat to form bisque. Then it is repainted and decorated with paint and/ or glaze, again to go through the kiln and fired a 2nd time to a higher temperature so the glaze will certainly develop. It takes around another 24 hours to cool.
* While in the kiln a few of the speckles can pop and land inside the mugs or occasionally on another mug. We call those happy-accidents adding more evidence that these are among a kind!
