“Part of our Christmas Eve dinner, we liked this alot.Made as written, except I just sprayed the pan with a bit of oil, nice easy recipe, I like that you put it in the oven. This is a great recipe if you like the taste of halibut & don’t want to cover it up.Thanks Ken!”
“Thank you Ken! My husband just went deep sea fishing and brought back 20lbs of Halibut. I followed the direction expect, set the oven at 450 instead or 500 and cooked it for 20min (think 15min would have been perfect). The flavor was very good, next time (and there will be a next time) I’m gonna try to add some heat to it (crushed red peppers). Thanx again.”
“It took me a bit longer than 15 minutes to get a nice brown crust on the halibut, but the taste was delicious.Halibut is in season now so we are taking advantage of recipes for eating it fresh. Will make again.Served with roasted asparagus.”
