“My whole family (including my 2 children, ages 3 and 5) absolutely loved this recipe!The outside was crisp and delicious and the inside was incredibly juicy!I found this recipe last minute and was able to make it will all things I had on hand!I only used 3 chicken breasts, so omitted the part obout preheating the oven.The recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of water, but then doesn’t say what to do with it.I used it to mix with the egg to thin it out a little.Otherwise, it gets real gloppy on the chicken.I also added a little garlic powder (about 1/2 tsp.) to the cheese/breadcrumb mixture.I used olive oil with the butter to fry the chicken in, and it added a real nice flavor!I would highly recommend this recipe!Would also be great served on a bun with lettuce, tomato, mayo…I don’t think you could go wrong no matter how you served this delicious chicken!”
