The Twirly Whirly Circle Skirt is a cycle twirl skirt. It has elastic at the waist for easy on and off. No buttons, zippers or other fasteners.

Consisted of are options to make this skirt in 2 different lengths – above the knee or below the knee. Likewise consisted of are directions to include layers of tulle under the skirt for that little something extra, which you know she’ll enjoy!
