This phenomenal brooch with matching screw on earrings is signed Pennino. The setting is heavy rhodium plate with a fan theme on the openwork part of the brooch. This set can be dated 1945-55, the brooch is signed Pennino, the earrings are a guaranteed match however are not marked. This set is beautiful personally, pictures are not so excellent. The center has actually a flower developed with ice white alternating baguettes and teardrops. Little flowers terminating in large teardrops dangle from the base of the brooch. Just gorgeous in individual!
