    “Boiling time for the eggs and the standing time not included in the preparation time.”

    Ingredients

  • 24cloves
  • 6hard-boiled eggs, boiled
  • 2cupsvinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  • 1/2 teaspoondry mustard
  • Directions

  • Shell the eggs and stick 4 cloves in each egg.
  • Heat the vinegarand when boiling add the salt, pepper and mustard.
  • Put the eggs in a glass jar and pour boiling vinegar mixture overthem.
  • Cover tightly and let stand 2 weeks in the refrigerator before using.
