For a little pop, it has lime green foliage sprinkled through out. It’s a perfect all-occasion scrunchie. It’s been trimmed with a 2 1/2 & quot; wide black chiffon and tulle flower with a beaded center. The flower has actually been hand-sewn on to the scrunchie to keep it in location. Since of the beads, this scrunchie is not suggested for an aggressive chewer. The scrunchie neckband is 2 1/2 & quot; wide. This scrunchie does not include a ring for your dog’s tags.
