About This Recipe
“I got this from a quick crafts magazine. Delicious pasta salad with a twist.”
Ingredients
1 (16ounce) packages shell macaroni
1mediumsweet red pepper, chopped
1mediumgreen pepper, chopped
1largetomato, chopped
4 -6green onions, sliced
1 (4ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
1 (2 1/4 ounce) cans ripe olives, drained and sliced
2 1/2 ouncessliced pepperoni
2clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoondried oregano( I used pizza seasoning)
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonpepper
1 (8ounce) bottles Italian salad dressing
1 (4ounce) cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2tablespoonsgrated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook shells; drain and cool.
Add next 7 ingredients and toss.
Add garlic, oregano, salt and pepper; toss.
Refrigerate.
Just before serving, add dressing and chesses; toss.
