“It is amazing how such simple ingredients make such a FANTASTIC dish!!!My husband absolutely raved over these!!!!I added a good splash of balsamic vinegar to the ketchup and brown sugar, just because I’m a balsamic-aholic, and these were incredible. Will DEFINITELY make these again, and will double the sauce next time!”
“We loved this recipe… The chops were really moist and tasty… Again, another easy recipe with a minimum of fuss.. It is really worth a try.”
“Thank you for sharing Sharlene~W. I used sirloin chops they turned out to be moist, tender and very tasty.I served the chops with sauce over hot noodles and fresh peas.”
“We use this recipe at work ( I am a cook in a hospital), except we usually make this for about 75-100 people. It is a wonderful recipe and everyone absolutely loves porkchops fixed this way.We never have leftovers when we fix this.Great way to fix chops.”
“Lovely, Tender Moist chops with an almost sweet sour flavor -the hint oflemon comes through. I cut the recipe back to 2 chops, used Brown sugar substitute, no problem cutting back the recipe nor using sugar substitute.I was worried that one hour at 350 then another 30 minutes would produce tough chops but I followed the recipe and loved the result. I made extra sauce and poured some over the noodles that I served along side I also served a green salad. Excellent dinner-minimum fuss to prepare Thanks Sharlene for a lovely dinner”
