  • “This is quite possibly the best cauliflower dish I’ve ever tasted! It did look beautiful when it came out of the oven!I got a little creative when I boiled the cauliflower.I added a minced garlic clove to the water. The texture was so creamy and custard like, it just about melted in my mouth!I never thought playing “tag” would be so rewarding!”

  • “We were leery about this dish as it was the first time we’d tried a souffle. However, it turned out very well. The taste was wonderful, light yet creamy. The presentation was impressive too! This dish is good enough for a dinner party. We will make this again.”

  • “Excellent! Really easy and yummy side dish.”

  • “Definitely a 5 star recipe! My FIL deemed it “restaurant quality” and my hubby, who was initially skeptical simply because it was cauliflower, ate three helpings and kept saying how good it was.Needless to say, we all gave it 5 stars! It was so pretty when it was done cooking we almost didn’t want to dig into it, but boy are we glad we did!I’m considering trying different cheeses or maybe adding a little curry powder to it next time, not that it needs any improving upon. Thanks MG for a great recipe!”

  • “This recipe was SO YUMMY! I had a medium-large head of cauliflower so I doubled everything else and it worked out perfectly. I didn’t have any plain cheddar on hand so I used monterey jack/cheddar combo and some grated parmesan. The parmesan gave it a nice salty quality. Also added a touch of onion and garlic powder. Substituted panko breadcrumbs, since that’s what I had around. It baked so perfectly. Nice and puffed and golden brown. Everyone LOVED it. This is definately a keeper. I will use this same recipe for other veggies like broccoli too. Thanks!”

  • “This was really good! I made it for my parents tonight, and everyone devoured it! Great recipe!”

  • “This was much easier to prepare than I anticipated. In the future, I would add some sauteed onions and garlic and perhaps more cheese. While the flavor was good, it did seem to be missing something.”

  • “This was delicious! My husband and I enjoyed making and eating this. I had a nice cauliflower and was looking for something different to make and this fitted the bill perfectly. I added a little french mustard to the sauce and steamed the cauliflower to retain a little bite.We served some gently sauteed mushrooms with chopped spring onions as well. It was one of the tastiest ways of serving cauliflower we have used.. It looked Gorgeous when it came out of the oven as well. Well done Mystery Girl..”

  • “This a nice, different way to enjoy cauliflower – I would go heavier on the seasonings next time though.”
