Striped Pod is hand-built with low-fire clay and glazed in a bright pumpkin orange glaze. This pod has lots of holes on top, a striped texture on the sides and a hole on the bottom for placement a wall, or out in the garden on a stake or fence.

This pod measures 1.5 inches (4 cm) tall and 2 inches (4 cm) wide. The opening on the bottom for a nail or garden stake measures 3/8 inches (1 cm) in diameter. It will protrude 1.5 inches (4 cm) from your wall.

Note: Pods can be kept outside year-round but they may experience cracking , breaking or deterioration during extended periods of extreme freezing temperatures, so you may want to bring them inside for the winter if it freezes for long periods of time. I have only had one break from freezing in 8 years, but it happens!
